Important safety measures and precautions

DO'S

1.The machine should be stored in a place with flat ground and sheltered from rain.

2.The steel cable selected for hoisting the machine should match the hoisting load.

3.Make sure the machine is in the set initial position when starting up and shutting down.

4.Operator should wear safety belt when operating above 2 meters.

5.The hydraulic oil of the corresponding model should be replaced according to the temperature of the use area.

6.The manual operation button is the emergency operation button. To ensure the safety of operators, remote control should be the first choice. The second option is wire control in case of remote control failure or damage. Manual control can only be used when remote control and wire control are out of order or damaged. As soon as the drawing and assembling of tube bundle is finished, the fault of remote control and wire controller should be eliminated immediately before the machine can be used.

7.All personnel on site shall retreat to a safe distance during the operation of the machine to prevent injuries when the cables and chains are broken.

DON'TS

1.Do not install the remote control with the same frequency as this machine within 100 meters to prevent accidental action.

2.The steel cable selected for hoisting the machine should match the hoisting load.

3.It is strictly prohibited to install temporary power supply in places with explosion or fire hazard. The power supply capacity should match the power of the machine.

4.The power supply used by the machine is three-phase four-wire system, the ground wire (PE) can only be grounded and cannot be connected to neutral, otherwise the equipment will not be powered on. The connection power cable between the ground power supply and the machine should match the total power of the machine.

5.This machine has no explosion – proof function.

6.It is prohibited to operate the machine during the hoisting process of the crane. (power
supply of the machine should be cut off to prevent wrong operation.)
