- The operator should be familiar with the structure, performance, working principle and technical requirements of the core extractor, and master the operation technology and safety regulations proficiently. The operation and custody must be by designated personnel. and it is strictly prohibited for non-operators to use. Before use, check the lubrication of each lubrication point, check whether the wiring is connected properly, and check whether the lead screw and trolley are intact and idling for testing.
- First, prepare for starting up. Confirm the initial position set by the extractor, with the traveling crane in the middle of the equipment, the lead screw extended 10mm, and the hanging plate at 45 degrees. Check and remove foreign objects on the chain, clean foreign objects on the main slideway, connect the steel cables of each part, and if the diameter of the extracted tube bundle is φ1800, a bracket should be installed.
- Then, proceed with the disassembly of the tube bundle. Lift the bundle puller and hoist it to the vicinity of the tube bundle. Press the clamping and loosening button to extend the clamping cylinder to the appropriate position (exceeding the flange thickness of the heat exchanger shell). Press the left and right side lowering buttons, and after the left and right balance cylinders extend, connect the steel cable at the front end of the cylinder piston rod to the flange of the heat exchanger shell with bolts. Press the left and right side lifting buttons, and the piston rods of the left and right cylinders retract and tighten the steel cable. At the same time, through the joint adjustment of the crane, make the jaw of the core extractor butt against the flange of the heat exchanger shell, and make the height of the core extractor suitable, and the axis is consistent with the heat exchanger. Press the clamping and tightening button to make the core extractor and the flange of the heat exchanger shell tightly pressed together, and then drive the traveling crane to the foremost position. Assemble the primary tension beam and connect it to the rear of the tube bundle through the primary tension cable. Press the traveling crane return button, and the traveling crane will drag the tube bundle out through the primary tension beam. Remove the primary tension beam and primary tension cable, and use the secondary tension cable to tie the flange of the tube bundle. Press the traveling crane return button, and the tube bundle will be dragged out. When the tube bundle is dragged out to the position where the hanging plate on the traveling crane can be hung on the flange of the tube bundle, remove the towing cable and move the traveling crane forward to the position where the hanging plate can be hung on the flange of the tube bundle.
- During use, check the lead screw at any time to avoid damage to the lead screw. If any abnormality is found, stop the operation immediately. When changing the direction during use, the equipment must be stopped to avoid damaging the equipment. It is not allowed to reverse immediately after the forward stop, and there should be a certain pause time. During on-site operations, always pay attention to the traveling position of the trolley, and do not allow the trolley to travel to the two ends of the lead screw bearing seat to avoid damaging the lead screw and reducer. If any abnormal operation or abnormal noise is found, stop the equipment immediately for inspection. If maintenance is required, notify the maintenance personnel to repair immediately, and it is prohibited to operate with faults.
- After use, immediately cut off the power supply, tidy up the power cord and place it neatly. Strictly abide by the equipment maintenance system, fill in the running records carefully, and hand over clearly.
Preparation before starting the bundle puller
A series of preparations are required before starting the equipment to ensure its safe and stable operation. Firstly, check and remove foreign objects on the chain to prevent damage or failure to the equipment caused by foreign objects getting stuck in the chain during operation. Then, clean the foreign objects on the main slideway to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment. If the diameter of the extracted tube bundle is φ1800, a bracket should be installed to ensure that the equipment can adapt to the extraction and installation requirements of different specifications of tube bundles. In addition, it is necessary to connect the steel cables of each part to ensure a firm and reliable connection, providing stable support for subsequent operations.
Disassembly of the tube bundle with the bundle puller
The disassembly of the tube bundle is mainly done by remote control. First, lift the bundle puller and hoist it to the vicinity of the tube bundle. Press the clamping and loosening button to extend the clamping cylinder to the appropriate position, which should exceed the flange thickness of the heat exchanger shell. Then press the left and right side lowering buttons, and after the left and right balance cylinders extend, connect the steel cable at the front end of the cylinder piston rod to the flange of the heat exchanger shell with bolts. Next, press the left and right side lifting buttons, and the piston rods of the left and right cylinders retract and tighten the steel cable. At the same time, through the joint adjustment of the crane, make the jaw of the core extractor butt against the flange of the heat exchanger shell, and make the height of the core extractor suitable, and the axis is consistent with the heat exchanger. Press the clamping button to make the bundle puller and the flange of the heat exchanger shell tightly pressed together, and then drive the traveling crane to the foremost position. When the tube bundle is dragged out to the position where the hanging plate on the traveling crane can be placed under the flange of the tube bundle, remove the secondary tension cable and move the traveling crane forward to the position where the hanging plate can hold the flange of the tube bundle. Press the hanging plate lifting button, and the hanging plate will rise to a height not touching the tube bundle. Press the traveling crane return button, and the tube bundle will be dragged out. When the tube bundle is dragged out about 2/3, place the first trolley under the partition in the middle of the tube bundle and adjust the bolts to make the trolley support the tube bundle. Press the traveling crane drag-out button, and the tube bundle will continue to be dragged out. When there is still about 150mm of the tube bundle not dragged out, stop the dragging. At this time, release the clamping cylinder.
Precautions during the use of the bundle puller
There are many precautions to be taken during the use of the bundle puller. The operator should be familiar with the structure, performance, working principle and technical requirements of the core extractor, and master the operation technology and safety regulations proficiently. The operation and custody must be by designated personnel.
and it is strictly prohibited for non-operators to use. If any abnormal operation or abnormal noise is found, stop the equipment immediately for inspection. If maintenance is required, notify the maintenance personnel to repair immediately, and it is prohibited to operate with faults.
Abnormal handling of the bundle puller
If there is a malfunction with the bundle puller, it needs to be dealt with in a timely manner. Fault handling of the clamping mechanism: Regularly check the sealing condition of the clamping cylinder, and replace the damaged seals in time; adjust the stroke and clamping force of the clamping cylinder to ensure reliable clamping. Motor fault handling: Regularly check the running status of the motor, and promptly detect and handle problems such as overload and overheating; keep the motor clean and well-cooled to prevent motor damage; regularly check the wiring of the motor to ensure a firm and reliable connection. Fault handling of electrical components: Regularly check the running status of electrical components, and replace aging and damaged components in time; keep electrical components clean and dry to prevent problems such as short circuits and open circuits; regularly check the connection of the circuit to ensure a smooth and unobstructed circuit.
Operation after using the bundle puller
After using the bundle puller, immediately cut off the power supply, tidy up the power cord and place it neatly. Strictly abide by the equipment maintenance system, fill in the running records carefully, and hand over clearly.
The operating process of the bundle puller includes the preparation before starting, the disassembly of the tube bundle, the precautions during use, the abnormal handling, and the operation after use. Each link is crucial, and only by following the operating procedures strictly can the safe and stable operation of the equipment be ensured, the working efficiency be improved, and the service life of the equipment be prolonged.
