This device is suitable for lifting tube bundles with diameters ranging from 700mm to 3000mm, a maximum load capacity of 45 tons, and a maximum pull/installation force of 55 tons.
This device is equipped with a diesel engine with a flame arrester, eliminating the need for external power sources. The engine drives a hydraulic pump that provides hydraulic power for all operations and is controlled remotely via a remote control to ensure operator safety.
The Bundle Extractor features a main trolley that can complete the extraction/installation of tube bundles in one stroke. The main trolley is equipped with a vertically moving hydraulic lifting device, significantly reducing the difficulty of the extraction/installation operation.Due to its compact structure, the device can easily operate in narrow areas around heat exchangers with obstacles. Additionally, tube bundles can be hoisted out of the Bundle Extractor without dismantling any equipment components.
The device utilizes a gear rack mechanism, ensuring high safety and reliability.
